FAQ’s

Our professional staff will use special attention and careful draping during your service.  We suggest you dress to your level of comfort. Please let your therapist know if you have specific areas to emphasize, avoid, preferred pressure and any medical concerns and/or allergies (some of our products may contain: soy, nuts, seaweed, etc).

Appointments

Please feel free to book online or contact the Spa directly to make appointments. Guests must provide a credit card or gift certificate to reserve an appointment at The Mom Spa. We recommend that you make reservations well in advance to obtain your preferred spa time. Upon making appointments, please notify the receptionist of any health concerns, or medical problems or situations (e.g. pregnancy).  Please note that all spa services are subject to availability.

Arrival

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow adequate time to change and decompress. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, potentially reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure.  Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Please keep in mind that we respect your time and we will always try to schedule each treatment as precisely as possible.

Cell Phones

For the comfort of all of our guests, we kindly ask you turn off or silence all mobile phones/pagers for the duration of your visit.

Cancellation Policy

For all single service appointments we require 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment or 50% of the service price will be charged to the credit card or gift certificate.

For all multiple service appointments we require 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellation to your appointment or 50% of the service price will be charged to the credit card or gift certificate.

For all no show appointments 100% of the service price will be charged to the credit card or gift certificate.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in our spa menu prices and are always greatly appreciated.  We will be happy to assist you in calculating the appropriate gratuity for any service.

Gift Certificate

Gift Certificates are not refundable, non-transferable and must be presented at the time service is rendered.  All Gift Certificates are valid for one year from purchase date. Lost, misplaced or stolen Gift Certificates are not refundable, replaceable nor valid.
